This is very
efficient & effective equipment for cleaning the dismantled
components of Engine or other small component before final assembly.
All these components are cleaned with Kerosene Oil as a cleaning media
sprayed under high pressure with the help of multi jet system provided
inside the chamber.
The
Chamber is provided with the Special Blowgun and a special kind of
nylon brush which is required at the time of cleaning the components.
The
most interesting feature of the machine is that the oil is recycled
through special filters provided on both input and output parts to
avoid the wastage of oil.
An
additional accessory i.e. is rotatory disc is added which has a SS Top
& a heavy component of about 25kg. can be loaded and cleaned
perfectly by rotatory movement of the disc.
